SABRE Net Platform (Remote and Individual User)

Sabre Net Platform-RI provides individual, remote, and at-home travel agents an exciting, low cost way to access the world's leading travel reservation system.

Sabre Net Platform utilizes a TCP/IP network, like the Internet, to bridge the gap between the user and the Sabre host. An encrypted data stream authenticates and protects user communication, providing optimum security for Sabre Net Platform users. With this structure, as long as an agent has access to the Internet, the agent can access Professional Sabre and the other features of Sabre Net Platform.

Sabre Net Platform's interface software is stored centrally giving subscribers constant access to the latest version. This means that software updates will no longer require media distribution and changes can be implemented quickly. While currently only an emulator is provided, in the future, graphical applications will be integrated into Sabre Net Platform.

Because Sabre Net Platform uses non-proprietary software to gain access to Sabre host, Sabre Net Platform is easy to install.
