Terms of Use:

Agent/User will not at anytime, in any fashion, form or manner whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, divulge disclose, or communicate to any person, firm, or corporation, information of any kind, nature of description concerning any matters affecting or relating to the business of Atlas Tour and Travel, or any other Agent/User record or information, including but not limited to promotional and merchandising methods and techniques, pricing, potential clients, or any other information concerning the business, its manner of operation, or its plans, processes, or other data of any kind, nature, or description, without regard to whether any or all of the foregoing matters would be deemed confidential, material, or important.

Agent/User will diligently protect access to the software, agency data, PNR (Personal Name Records) information, passwords, access codes, phone numbers, and other means of access to the host site and all components they are in and will not allow the software to be distributed, copied or viewed by/to any other person or firm. Program software will be installed on one computer only for the use of one Agent/User only.

Any violation of the “Terms of Use” is grounds for lockout from the system, punitive damages of $1,000.00 per occurrence, and legal action or special proceeding against the Agent/User in accordance with the laws, which may be brought arising out of, in connection with, or by reason of this agreement.
